Lumino Privacy Policy

Overview

Lumino is a calm daily space for meditation, reflection, and intuitive guidance. We design Lumino to minimize unnecessary data collection and to keep the experience simple and private.

Information we collect

Lumino does not require public profiles or social posting. Depending on the final app version, Lumino may process information you choose to enter in the app, such as reflection notes, preferences, app settings, or saved activity. Where possible, this information is intended to stay on your device.

If a future version adds accounts, cloud sync, analytics SDKs, advertising, or third-party integrations, this policy must be updated before those features are released.

Analytics and diagnostics

We may receive basic app analytics, crash logs, performance data, and diagnostic information through Apple’s developer tools, depending on your device settings and Apple’s policies. This information is used to identify bugs and improve app stability.

Purchases and subscriptions

If Lumino offers paid features, purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your full payment card details. Subscription management, refunds, and billing settings are handled through your Apple ID and App Store account.

Support email

If you contact us at Arvinify@gmail.com, we may receive your email address and the information you include in the message. We use this only to respond to your request and keep support records.

Data deletion requests

You can request help with data deletion by emailing Arvinify@gmail.com with “Lumino Data Deletion Request” in the subject line. Some app data may be stored only on your device and can be deleted by removing app data or uninstalling the app. Data controlled by Apple, such as App Store purchase records, must be managed through Apple.

Children

Lumino is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a support request, contact us and we will review the request.

No sale of personal data

We do not sell personal data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Lumino changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
