• Your name and email address, and a phone number if you choose to provide one
• Any screenshots or details you attach to your email to us

The intake form on this site hands your request to your own email application. We receive it when you send that email. We do not run advertising trackers or sell your information.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, reproduce and diagnose the issue, agree a scope and price, carry out the repair, and follow up about the work. We do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Access to your website

If a repair requires access to your website, hosting, or codebase, we request only the access the specific fix needs. We treat any credentials you share as confidential and ask you to revoke access once the work is complete.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may use reputable service providers (for example, email and hosting) to operate our business, and we share information with them only as needed to deliver the service.

Retention

We keep request and project information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet ordinary business and legal requirements, then remove it when it is no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing the address below. We will respond within a reasonable time.

This site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we add basic, privacy-respecting analytics in the future, we will update this policy first.
